Our lawyers are often engaged to represent clients from the moment of submission of an application for recognition of the debtor as bankrupt until the striking off the debtor from the Unified State Register of Legal Persons. Our lawyers also advise on resisting and prevention of dissipation of assets of the debtor both in Russia and abroad, including contesting of suspicious transactions of the debtor, prevention of transfer of assets of the debtor in breach of rights of other creditors (by means of repayment of debts outside of the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy case), contesting against recognition of artificial indebtedness of the debtor, and bringing proceedings against controlling persons of the debtor.
