Natalia joined Trubor Law Firm in 2017, where she works as a Senior Associate and advocate. She advises on various matters of Russian and international law, including foreign sanctions legislation and Russian counter-sanctions regulations. Natalia has experience handling disputes involving sanctions, including multi-jurisdictional cases (Belgium, Luxembourg), as well as interacting with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC, USA) and preparing legal opinions on the issues of sanctions’ application.

In addition, Natalia has experience working as a Lawyer in the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg, France), where she specialized on various aspects of civil and criminal law (2012–2016). Her professional background also includes working as an Associate for a Moscow Office of a leading international law firm White & Case LLC, where she advised on various issues of corporate law and setting business in Russia, participated in conducting due diligence of legal documentation, carried out risk assessment and prepared transaction documents (2005–2010).

In 2007 Natalia graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Omsk State University (named after F.M. Dostoevsky, Russia), and in 2011, she obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European and International Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). In 2023 Natalia completed advanced training courses in sanctions law, and in 2026 she qualified as an advocate. She is fluent in Russian (native) and English and has a working knowledge of French.
