TRUBOR lawyers won a case against DIA for RUR 50 billion

Advocates of TRUBOR law firm represented a Client in Commercial (Arbitrazh) court of Moscow in a case initiated by DIA (Deposit Insurance Agency) on recovery of RUR 50 billion as a subsidiary liability of a controlling person in the course of the bankruptcy proceedings against the Russian bank “BFG-Credit”. DIA’s claims against our Client were dismissed by the Court in its entirety.
