M&A transactions under Russian law

Yuri Bortnikov, Partner of Trubor Law Firm made a presentation at the session “Changes in Russian corporate law: M&A and new practices”, which took place at the Russian Law Week conducted in London, UK on 14-16 November 2016.

In his presentation Yuri focused on current trends in structuring of M&A transactions in Russia and on the practice of application of most relevant legal mechanisms, available under the Russian Civil Code for conducting M&A transactions under Russian law.

The event, organized by Law Society of England and Wales and the Federal Chamber of Advocates of Russia, was attended by lawyers from Russia and UK who deal with M&A transactions and disputes with participation of Russian parties.
