Kirill Trukhanov specializes in dispute resolution and has an extensive experience of representing major Russian and foreign clients in Russian commercial (arbitrazh) courts and before international arbitral tribunals. Over the past 13 years, Kirill represented clients in Russian state courts of all levels (including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Commercial Court) and in international arbitration centres, such as the ICAC, LCIA, HKIAC and SCC. He also acted as arbitrator in arbitral proceedings and a Russian law expert in foreign court proceedings.

Kirill has won precedent setting cases in the fields of financial markets, anti-trust, oil & gas.

Kirill holds a master’s degree in private law from the Russian School of Private Law (Moscow) and LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution degree from Queen Mary University of London.

Kirill Trukhanov is admitted to practice in Russia. He is a member of the Moscow Bar and an advocate since 2012.
