Before she joined TRUBOR Law Firm, Varvara Knutova for six years was Head of International Arbitration Group at Pepeliaev Group—one of the leading Russian law firms—and subsequently was Head of the Dispute Resolution Group at Goltsblat BLP—an international law firm of global renown.

Varvara enjoys vast experience of advising major Russian and international companies. Her expertise embraces conflict of laws, regulation of international trade, domestic and international disputes and arbitration, alternative dispute resolution and insolvencies.

Dmitry Savochkin, during his longstanding track-record with the famous Russian law firm Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners and Goltsblat BLP, successfully represented interests of major Russian and foreign companies in complicated commercial and corporate disputes.

Dmitry’s expertise includes complex judicial defense of business against attempted raids, representation of investors in disputes to take / retain control over a business, international commercial arbitration, construction disputes and insolvencies. Dmitry has on many occasions participated in preparing legal opinions on Russian law in high-profile international disputes litigated in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland.

Before he joined TRUBOR Law Firm, Vadim Kodol, during his 21-year legal experience, was a solo practitioner and headed dispute resolution groups in leading Russian law firms. Vadim represents Russian and foreign companies as well as private individuals in disputes over real estate, corporate disputes and insolvencies. Vadim also specializes in white-collar crime defenses.
