Kirill Trukhanov participated in the conference on interim relief, which was organized by Legal Insight law journal and leading Russian law firms. Kirill moderated a roundtable discussion titled “Interim relief by Russian courts in support of court and arbitral proceedings abroad”.
In the course of the roundtable discussion the participants shared their experience in obtaining interim relief from Russian courts in support of litigation proceedings in foreign countries and arbitral proceedings abroad.
The event was attended by in-house lawyers as well as partners and associates from leading Russian law firms.
